Add phone number widget area to header

I need to add a phone number widget to the header… right of the logo. I need it to be selectable so people can click it from mobile device and call. How can I modify the header.php file to include a widget for this?

Hi jshonkwi, i suggest to enter it in code directly editing header.php file…

In which line would I insert to have this at the right corner of page?

this works… however the client wants this number larger and to the right the logo in header area. It needs to be viewable from a mobile device so you can select from phone and dial.
