Empty spaces between 2 columns

Hello

I wanted to have the blog template template-blog2col – but when I set it not to display in category, search etc… I Edited the file part-archive.php and now all site is 2 columns.

But now i have a problem with columns – between columns are empty spaces.

Can you tell me what is wrong? I show You part-archive.php code.

I use min height 505px in .archive article and looks its now ok.
