If anyone else is looking for this here is the solution (just figured it out):

You need to edit the file service.php, which is in this folder:

wp-content/plugins/iw_medicals/iw_shotcodes/shortcodes

So go to the folder, open the file service.php and edit the following line:

a class=”btn btn-primary btn-block” ……..

I have the exact same problem as lincis, since I’m portuguese and the website will be in this language as well. I need to edit the service box to show “Leia Mais” as well. Does anyone know how to do this?
